The Deborah Greenblatt Fund creates an independent consumer voice for people with disabilities at the North Carolina General Assembly. While DRNC can use federal dollars to educate policy makers, we are prohibited from conducting anything that might be construed as lobbying with that funding. After just after a few months of operation as the state's protection and advocacy system, it is obvious that Disability Rights NC must engage in those activities to fulfill its mission.

We believe we can be that independent voice if we can raise $100,000 this year. To help us, a donor has issued a challenge – if we can raise $45,000 in gifts or donations, the donor will match it. So we need your help. People with disabilities need your help. Please make a donation to the Deborah Greenblatt Fund. Become a Champion for Equality and Justice by giving people with disabilities a voice.
